It’s an annoying fact of life that as we age we slowly seize up, eventually becoming decrepit. At what point this begins to happen depends largely on the individual but there’s no escaping, sooner or later it catches us all.

Which swiftly brings me onto Forever Freedom and my husband – an unlikely pairing!

He started flexing his fingers and massaging his hands at all sorts of odd times of the day and night and said that they just ached and felt stiff: He went from averagely grumpy to full blown cantankerous – a proverbial pain in the neck!

He started drinking the Forever Freedom (to humour me) every morning before breakfast – two 60ml shots for the first couple of weeks, reducing to just one 60ml every morning after that.

His oral shots of Forever Freedom became just part of the daily routine that neither of us gave much thought to and it wasn’t until I happened to ask him a couple of months later how his hands felt that he actually looked quite surprised.
